About the Author

Dee Ann Eisner received her undergraduate degree in education from Ashland University in Ohio and a master’s degree from Kent State with a minor in journalism. She worked as a home economist for a fabric store chain prior to teaching family and consumer sciences for thirty-five years in the Cleveland School District. Eisner has worked with a variety of needles and techniques since childhood and always has multiple works in progress, with an even longer to-make list occupying her brain. She was a partner in a counted cross stitch and framing business for several years in NE Ohio, where she lives.
